Hi, I’m Dr. Pooja Varma, a counselling psychologist and the founder of All About Humans.
I’ve completed my PhD in Psychology from Shobhit University, along with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Applied Psychology from Amity University, Noida. My academic background has been the foundation of a career devoted to understanding the deeper layers of the human experience.
I’m an insight-oriented therapist, which means I work with you not just on surface-level challenges, but on helping you uncover patterns, beliefs, and emotional experiences that shape how you see yourself and the world. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey.
Over the years, I’ve supported individuals facing anxiety, burnout, relationship struggles, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. I also bring in expressive and creative techniques when helpful, because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all.
Through All About Humans, I’ve created a space that feels safe, human, and real. A space where you don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. Whether it’s through therapy, reflective workshops, or insight-based group sessions, my goal is to help you reconnect with yourself with greater clarity and care.
Because healing starts with understanding. And understanding begins with being heard.
